Pixel Perfection Fidelity

This is a backport version that supports 1.6.1-1.8.9. These will be a separate set of backport releases I'm planning to support in the future..

NOTE: this version supports features such as custom sky and enhanced textures that require Optifine. Some features, such as models, blockstates, random/rotating textures and custom items are not supported in this backport.

• Backported the pack to 1.6.1-1.8.9
• Changed panorama image in title screen
• Added original PP magma cube, stone slab and ender chest
• Added old 2D items for mob heads
• Added spawn egg generic texture
• Added custom texture for trapped chest
