Optimized Block Textures

Bug fixes & New content update!

This update focuses on stability and expanding the pack with new content. I have fixed existing bugs and added several new textures for blocks, items, and entities. This version also introduces brand new textures for particles and a completely new set of textures for effects. Please note that this is the final update before the upcoming transition to version 26.1. Thank you for your continued support as we keep growing!
