Old Enchant Glint Plus

1.9.1 — Glint Blur & Proper Licensing

• Added blur to the enchantment glint so it looks smoother and less harsh (Special thanks to @SPECTRR3 for suggesting me the change!).
• Updated PACK_README.md to properly align with the MIT License.
• From now on, proper release names and version subtitles will be used for meaningful updates.
• More stuff coming soon!
