Adds support for 26.1.

Minimum supported version is now 1.20, but it should still work down to 1.15. I promise nothing.

Added a new directory for Okami Sequel. It'll be empty for quite awhile, but please let me be excited about this.

Removed the extra formatting using section signs on the music toasts in order to bring them closer to the Minecraft style.
