✨ NoteBlock Glow — Texture Edition

A lightweight vanilla resource pack that makes powered note blocks visually pop in your redstone contraptions.

How it works

When a note block receives redstone power (powered=true), its texture automatically switches to a brighter, golden-highlighted version. When the signal turns off, it reverts to normal.

Installation

1. Drop into .minecraft/resourcepacks/
2. Enable in Options → Resource Packs
3. Power a note block and watch it glow

Limitations

• This is a texture swap, not real light emission
• Does not illuminate surrounding blocks or affect mob spawning
• Texture still dims slightly in pitch-black areas (Minecraft lighting engine limitation)

Technical

Uses note_block.json blockstate to switch between note_block.png (normal) and note_block_powered.png (highlighted) based on the powered property.
