Not Enough Pixels

This resource pack incorporates a mix of 64x and 32x textures for modded Minecraft with the goal of converting a majority of textures for popular Minecraft mods to 64x textures. All vanilla textures, as well as many modded textures, are 64x with some 32x textures to fill in the gaps. The result makes for a very clean-looking faithful gameplay experience. Try it with shaders!

Features:

This pack includes a comprehensive compilation of all available modded 32x32 textures, most of which can [no longer] be found here, or here. Additionally, this pack includes textures sourced from other individual users, whose work has not yet been implemented into the more official sources - this includes user Woolies's 32x textures for Fossils and Archaeology, updated by myself to work with Minecraft 1.12.2, and SixoreMC's 32x textures for Aether Legacy.

This pack also features many custom 64x textures that were created by myself, with more being added in each update. It is currently very much a work in progress, but it's getting there!
