Known mess-ups

• I forgot to fix the Stone Hoe texture oops

Changes

• Soft-updated to Minecraft 26.1; another update may come once Tiny Takeover is fully released!
• Edited a large majority of textures I thought were dated, those being:
  • All pickaxes (excl. Copper, it's perfect as-is)
  • Most hoes, axes and shovels (hoes exclude Iron and everything excludes Copper)
  • Golden tools' lightest border color, as it was the exact same as one of the metal's inner colors

Updated screenshots will come later! For now, enjoy the more-or-less upgraded look of the changed things :3
