New Hearts, classic colors

Some textures were converted to PNG-8 (indexed colors) to achieve a smaller texture pack file size.

Minecraft versions Alpha1.2.2a-1.5.2, 1.6-1.8.9, and 1.9-1.21.10+ have been merged. The texture pack now works for all of these versions from a single file.
