MxSxC1 Weather Sleet
MxSxC1 Weather Pack - Improved Rain & Snow for use with shaders and The Arena. This is the pack used in most of our videos to provide the 'Sleet' Effect. Note: Rain Splashes/Buffs/Bubbles have now moved to a separate pack "NoParticles".

Minimal changes and improvements. Updated version and pack number. Rain slightly lighter blue (not that obvious in vanilla) and better spread. Snow better spread and should perform slightly better. Removed some rough edges on a few snowflakes, should look a bit better. Removed credits.
