MxSxC1 - Black Snow

As it says - Will Make Snow Black

NOTE:

This works on Vanilla! This includes the "Sleet Effect" used in our other Weather Packs. Due to the abovementioned "Sleet Effect" there will be a performance hit on a lot of shaders. This will work on a lot of shaders and settings. This will not work at all (or look good) with various other shaders. Some shaders will simply ignore this and display it as white regardless.

This has been tested on Vanilla and with Iris using around 20 of the most popular shaders.

WHAT THIS IS NOT This is not the effect we use in some of our videos, and we use particles for some of the effects. This version does NOT update rain, but black rain is pretty simple and will be added later.
