Music Resource Pack Template

For Minecraft java 1.19.4+

Added 5.ogg to records

Couldn't find anything else missing from 1.19.2 but feel free to point out the name and location of missing music or record audio file if you find any because 1.19 index file doesn't show much 🤨

Updated pack.mcmeta to match latest resource pack format

Updated resource pack format for 1.19.4

Replaced placeholder, empty .ogg (vorbis) files with small audio of 1 seconds so maybe fewer people will have issues with them
