The TWR 71-000 series is an electric multiple unit (EMU) operated by Tokyo Waterfront Area Rapid Transit (TWR) since 2025. A total of eight 10-car train sets are planned to be built to replace the earlier 70-000 series trains. These trains operate on the Rinkai Line, TWR's sole line, with through-running to the JR Saikyo and Kawagoe Lines.

There are four types of cars for each variant and you may configure them as you wish.
