[MTR4] Metro Lisboa

Initial release

Added the following models:

• ML99 | Articulated with newer displays
• ML97 | Articulated with older flip-dot displays
• ML95 | Non-articulated, newer interior
• ML90 | Non-articulated, wooden interior

And the following content:

• Platform PIDs: "Metro Lisboa - Platform Display"

With the following features:

• Working articulation (for the ML97/ML99)
• Working displays (interior/exterior) FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE (refer to the pack's READ_ME.txt file)
• Onboard announcements (off by default, needs to be configured)
• Door jam detection - if a player is blocking a doorway, an announcement is played/displayed
• Working throtle/brake levers (animated through JCM)
• "Spatial audio" - onboard announcements play with reverb/echo when the train is at a platform
