[MTR4] Metro Lisboa

Fixed the following bugs:

• Seat texture not loading on the ML90/95 on some users due to a badly encoded png
• Fixed strings incorrecticly showing "METRO LISBOAAA" instead of "METRO LISBOA" when out of service.
• Adjusted UV mappings to facilitate retexturing the middle doors on the ML90, the cab's front and the seat's frame by separating the source of each part's colours
• Added a debug line to help fix any instances where the interior screens show "INTERNAL ERROR"
• Fixed a texture gap on the train's interior roof
• Updated the PIDs code to handle multi-language stops

NOTE: you must ALWAYS put the latin alphabet-named version first as the PIDs/the whole pack only supports the latin alphabet. Additionally, avoid using numbers on the ML97/99 series

• Minor bug fixes and tweaks related to data processing (station names/destinations on the train's displays)
