This is a hotfix update.
- Removed Refined Storage textures, since due to an incomplete texture set, there is a style inconsistency
- Fixed a bug caused by the mcmeta files for Agricraft's Fiery Ingot Essence and DivineRPG's Twilight Clock

- Added new Sapphire and Silver Ore textures for Ice And Fire by Arash.
- Added Buildcraft/Transport, Clay Bucket, Create Legacy, Galacticraft, Iron Apples, Tinkers' Antique, and Waystones textures by OMGmacros.
- Added EnderIO textures by PotTall.
- Updated Biomes o'Plenty, Future Versions, and Future MC dye textures to the modern dye powders
- Fixed Aquatic Trident and Dual Claw models
