Mob Cards: Nether
Changes spawn eggs into mob cards, with different card colors for different groups of mobs, and a nether portal as the back art for the cards.

- Added copper golem card;
- Added card designs for unused mobs (giant, killer bunny, illusioner);
- Epic rarity rating made slightly lighter;
- Cards are rendered in shelves in a large scale than other items to make for better displayed.
