Mob capturing tool pyxal-ated

Updated the pack description, name, version and changed the texture to look more like a "small pod capsule"

Also now I understand how the three texture system the mod uses work so part of the background will inherit the main color of the mod and the other part will inherit the secondary color (see spawn egg for reference)
