Mizuno16Craft: Ore texture

Hi! I'm going to merge the two resource packs I had with texture changes for the ores from two mods. (Tinkers Construct and RFTools Base) It seemed crazy to have two separate mods for just a couple of texture changes, so I'll merge them, and you can remove the one you don't need if you want.

By the way, here are two new ores from two different mods:

• Werewolves - Become a Beast!
• EvilCraft
