meerkatx's CustomModelData pack

This pack uses custom model data (cmd) to add custom items. It also removes the nose plate on helmets, and the brown bits on leather armor.

use this command to get one of the custom items: /give @s [minecraft:custom_model_data=]

extra: fancy diamond axes, swords & picks can be worn in the head slot to make them appear on the player's back. use this command to put the item in your mainhand on your head: /item replace entity @s armor.head from entity @s weapon.mainhand
