Buses (and trolleybuses) for MTR/NTE

It is required to have MTR 3, NTE 0.5.2 and Harry's Lib installed.

The resourcepack adds detailed bus models from Eastern Europe and especially Post-Soviet states.

The resourcepack features products from companies such as:

Pack also has Trolleybus Wires as rails model and a Moscow PIDS template for Joban Client Mod HK PIDS (unfortunately quite unifinished)

Some models intended for this pack (such as SVARZ, BKM, TrolZa trolleybuses and MAZ 203.047) are available on International TransportPack.
