New Glow Effects:

---ITEMS--- Armor Trim Templates Now Glow! Upgrade Templates Also Glow! Tridents Glow Now! Relic Discs Now Glow! Refined Totem Glow to make it look better! ---BLOCKS--- Suspicious sand and gravel will now have a glowing outline.
