Initial release (alpha.1)

• Recolors the server list ping/latency bars from green to light blue
• Covers all 5 signal-strength icons (ping_1–ping_5) plus the "unresponsive" (X) icon
• Ships both the legacy gui/icons.png atlas (pre-1.20.2) and the modern individual sprites (1.20.2+) — works on every version in one download
• No other textures modified

Note: if Minecraft flags this pack as "incompatible," don't worry — just enable it anyway, it works fine.
