Novel Cassettes (Formerly Lad's Cassettes)

Updated pack.mcmeta to reflect my username change as well as updating the pack format to 1.20.1 at request. This backport does not set the precedent that I will make additional backports or continue supporting backports in the future (though I will make an effort to do so)
