Optifine is updated to 1.21 (I still DO NOT recommend using it)

• Some CEM models are currently broken with optifine, unclear why (Cow and Spider)
• Previous CIT format crashing game (removed in this version to prevent crash)
• Likely other broken features not immediately obvious

• Improved grass/podzol/mycelium/warped nylium/crimson nylium side overlays (Uses 2nd layer to added grass components to side overly making a smoother less jaring transition)
