Hello! It's been a minute! Ever since Mojang updated the cows, pigs, and chickens to have variants- I have been trying to wrap my head around how it's organized. I don't know why I was so stumped, but I took a break for a while out of frustration. I finally figured it out.

-Reorganized all folders and files

-updated cows, pigs, and chickens to have their respective variants recognized

-fixed all files that didn't work in 1.21.11

-updated sheep undercoat texture

-added happy ghasts and their ghastlings as well as the cargo ropes

Currently the saddle doesn't seem to work, I will work on fixing this, but it might be an issue with ETF & EMF so we might have to wait for support from that.
