iLike2MoveIt - RP

Vanilla mobs mostly stand around like furniture. iLike2Moveit adds the movement they're missing — idle fidgets, sitting, resting, reactions to you — for a bunch of mobs at once. It's built to run next to Fresh Animations (FA does the faces, this does the movement).

Wolves & dogs

• Walk, run, sit, look around and turn with proper weight.
• Sitting, they follow you with their head instead of spinning the whole body, and if you walk behind them they turn to face you with little front-paw steps.
• Day/night routine: they lie down to rest during the day and actually sleep at night.
• Wag their tail when you get close or when they're watching you.
• You can wake a sleeping dog at night by getting near.
• Go off on a long trip and come back — they get excited and jump around to greet you.

Cats

• Sitting, lying down, sleeping and a set of random idle animations.
• Eye tracking so they follow you around.

Villagers

• Random idle movements, plus falling and offer-item animations.
• Biome-based outfit variations, with a chance of Refreshed Villagers-style clothing.
• Chance of different skins per biome, and a chance of female villagers.
• Cherry Blossom villagers for mods that add Japanese-style villages.
• Fully compatible with Fresh Animations.

Iron golems

• Idle, random movement, walking and attack animations.

Foxes

• Idle, sit, sleep, jump, run, walk and attack animations.

Chickens

• A new rooster variant plus extra movement.

Requirements

You need one of these so the game loads the custom models:

• iLike2Moveit mod — villagers holding their trade item in their animated hands, the wolf "welcome back" reaction, and 3D-item
• EMF (Entity Model Features) + ETF (Entity Texture Features) — recommended
• or OptiFine

Nothing shows up without one of them.

• VanillaBackport — required for the chicken temperature variants on 1.21.1.
• Weskerson's 3D items — for 3D held items on villagers and foxes (needs the mod, 1.21.1).
