Hotfix time!

✨ Additions:

• Added colored pack description to not make it look as bland before applying and loading the frame

🛠️ Fixes, Changes and Adjustments:

• Changed order of Piglin Brutes and Piglins for Spawn Eggs, they should have the correct head icon for their spawn egg now (Thanks again to JustJabka_)
• Bumped up the "max_inclusive" format to 30 for later releases and snapshots
