Fixed issues from version 0.1

Changes:

Fixed description from pack.name to Version 0.2 of Baruch's GUI pack in pack.mcmeta
Removed lang folder from assets, no longer needed
Removed useless grindstone.png~ and horse.png~ files from container GUI texture folder (BaruchsGUI_V0.2b.zip > assets > minecraft > textures > gui > container)
[IMPORTANT] Changed all texture files to fix inconsistencies in border width. Some were 1 pixel wide, others were 2. They are now all 2 pixels wide.
