Extends the range of the brightness slider from Moody to Fullbright, no mods required.

- Changed the expressions used to boost darkness in areas without light. It is now relative to the current brightness setting, so when set to 0% (Moody) there is no darkness boost, and when set to 100% (Bright) the darkness boost gives all blocks full brightness.
- Added pack format support for 1.21.9 and 1.21.10
