Forest Grass in Dry Biomes
Modifies the colour map to make both Savanna's and Deserts have identical leaves and grass to that of the oak forest biome.

Made compatible with 1.21.11 even if minecraft hallucinates that it is broken, no idea how to fix this specific message - in my testing it worked just fine!
