Findrek's 3D Buckets and Fish

As of 25w03a, custom item textures no longer require Optifine to work. This version adapts most of the Optifine features to the new vanilla system.

New features:

• Buckets of tropical fish can now display all 4096 possible variants. !Inventory screenshot filled with 3D buckets with tropical fish, all with different colors and combinations.
• Added resourcepack compatibility for tropical fish textures.
• Added support for Bedrock exclusive fish when renaming the tropical fish items. !Inventory screenshot that shows all the commonly found tropical fish in 3D, along the 2 bedrock exclusive fish at the end.
• Buckets of salmon now display their different sizes. !Inventory screenshot that shows 3 buckets of salmon, the biggest on the left and smallest on the right.
• Buckets' water color now use a tint instead of a texture overlay.
• Minor model changes to improve visibility of some items.
• Changed pack format to 48-60 (25w03+ compatibility).

Previous features not supported yet:

• Buckets of axolotl don't display if it's a baby or low on health.
• Buckets of lava don't glow.
