Dee's Extended Equipment

Fixed all items (there were a lot) which were missing models when using Optifine by adding specific model files for those CIT items which were previously missing. I did all of my testing in CIT Resewn which apparently has moderate workarounds in CIT files that Optifine doesn't actively support as of now.

Known issues:

• Clocks and compasses do not display the time/direction when using Optifine due to a lack of support for CIT for these items specifically. This is not an issue when using CIT Resewn.
• When tooting CIT goat horns, the model is not correctly oriented. This is, again, an issue with the way Optifine handles CIT for goat horns as of now.
