Refactored:

• Migrated block conditions from "and", "or" to "all", "any".
• Refactored several configs & directories for Consistency & to prevent issues with certain block replacements.
• Mobtype & Player stat text icons now directly replace the sprites in the Hypixel Pack, allowing them to work outside of item lore - this means that you must have the Offical Skyblock Pack below Eureka to see them.
• Mobtype & Player stats now have their own translation keys in enus.json.
• Bumped Dependency to Catharsis-1.0.0b.20
