Dragon's Ice Boat Racing Plus

Ice Boat Racing, Minecraft's best sport, can feel overwhelming sometimes, and not very special.

This pack aims to change that, by overhauling Vanilla Minecraft's blocks and GUI to give IBR its own flair, tweaking it just_ enough where it feels Vanilla, yet better.
