Dracula Theme

Third Beta release for Dracula Theme v2. This one should be the actual last before full release (for real) (not clickbait)

Full changelog:

• Added some slick new icons and elements that were still missing.
• Completed nearly all final iterations of vanilla textures.
• Added lang file support for all languages in the game.
• Fix issues #12 and #14
• Added a dynamic per-format file inclusion and exclusion system to pack generation.
  • Version cross-compatibility is almost completely gone now. (But it's been pretty irrelevant for a while anyway)
• Changed license to CC-BY-NC-SA-4.0. Link: LICENSE.md
