Deltarune Music (Reactive Music)

After weeks of playtesting, gathering feedback from friends and more, the full and public release is here! Here what it brings:

• Added 13 songs, on battle, night, menu and more!
• Removed 1 duplicated menu song.
• Made the yaml file more readable for anyone that wants to edit it (Will work more on that on the future).
• Added both ambience and fight musics for every remaining major structure.
• Adjusted some songs that felt out of place in "Village boss", "End Boss".
• Finally made the base battle set not have every song.
• And more!
