Another Deltarune UI

Sorry to keep you waiting!

• Revamped base inventory ui.
• added advancement, music, tutorial and recipe toasts.
• added a bunch of random non important sprites.
• Revamped tooltips (Needs to be 24w33a or above, download the pre-24w33a for the non animated ones).
• Added frozen heart sprite (colors based on the frozen text from chapter 2).
• Added chests and shulkers.
• More splash texts.
• Added Faint Glow to the menu music (sorry that I forgot to add it on the first alpha release).
• Added a new slot highlight for menus like chests, inventory, etc.

What is currently planned for alpha 0.3:

• Revamped armor slots
• Do most of the hearts
• MAYBE some work on the recipe book (no promises)
