Added support for 25w34b and end flashes

Updated the lighting colours in the end to be much more fitting with the 'desolate' vibe of the dimension. Lighting is overall much cooler and spreads less in the end

For 25w34b or up, this pack fixes a few issues with the end flashes and adjusts the colour of them to fit better with the atmosphere of the end
