A quick bug fix to, well, fix some bugs!

Fixed definition for substitute so that it displays properly (Xaero's)
Trimmed down icons to make sure names appear properly below the icons (JourneyMap)
Changed some icon names (regional) to not only fix them, but also in preparation for them to be added (Both)
Sized the image for substitute down because it was HUGE in comparison (Both)
