Cuter Happy Ghast

A small retexture of the happy ghasts face to match the ghastling and also giving both a more blue/teal colour

The regular (with goggles) version requires the Fresh Animations texture pack to work properly

No Goggles was added as an alternative to be used without Fresh Animations

maybe one day I'll figure out how to fix it so that fresh animations isn't required
