1.21.11 support

It may say it's broken, but it works. I did really everything to make it work. But Minecraft just hates me ig. (Sorry for that many deployments, I was just testing the best pack_format.)

Icon changed in game

I used a default icon from AddOns Maker for Minecraft, now it has the "iconic" icon from the Plugin Page!
