Creative Music

• No changes, just updated the supported_formats to avoid the warning saying "this pack was made for an older version of Minecraft".
• Also added version number into resource pack description.
• Note that due to the addition of new songs into Survival Mode in recent updates, the Creative Mode songs might play with less relative frequency. This also depends on the biome.

This should work on any Minecraft version or snapshot between 1.20.3 (pack format 22) and 1.21.6 (pack format 63). It may or may not work on later versions.
