Create: World of Color

Very minor patch to address some small issues to prepare for the CWOC pack for Create Aeronautics!!

• Added crushed material textures for many modded textures (palettes are mostly made up, although a few are built around a friend's indev programmer art pack)
• Changed the slime texture on the Top texture for Bearings and all reused instances of this texture
• Added Radiant Casing and Shadow Steel Casing to the files just for fun
