Create Legacy Hand Crank Fix

This Resource Pack only did one thing: tries to fix the transparency issue of Hand Crank's texture from Create Legacy MOD.
Problem with its model: I'm trying to find some way to fix it. I hope the author can fix this issue earlier than I can. XD
