CLANNAD: Soundtrack Pack

Version 2.0, changelog.

1. Rebuilt the resource pack structure
2. Updated localization files (en_us.json, ru_ru.json) and the sound file (sounds.json)
3. Music now plays in the Nether and the End (previously, it only played in the main menu and in the Overworld)
4. Changed the records:

• cat → Opening 1 (Now plays just the TV-size version instead of the full version)
• far → Opening 2 (Now plays just the TV-size version instead of the full version)
• blocks → Ending 1 (Now plays just the TV-size version instead of the full version)
• chirp → Ending 2 (Now plays just the TV-size version instead of the full version)
• 13 → Opening 1 (Plays the full version)
• strad → Opening 2 (Plays the full version)
• mall → Ending 1 (Plays the full version)
• mellohi → Ending 2 (Plays the full version)

5. The original Minecraft music will no longer play (I really hope so)
