Charged Creeper Egg Texture

Creeper spawn eggs can have entity data to spawn charged creepers. This resource pack uses that to apply a different texture to creeper eggs that spawn charged creepers.

This only works with creeper eggs that don't have any other entity data. Otherwise, it will just use the default texture.
