This version is not backwards compatable with older Minecraft versions
- changed rotations to be more random feeling
- specifically changed rotations from angles: 22.5, -22.5, 45 to: 10, 20, 30
- added three additional negative rotations to add more randomness
- cleaned up file formatting
- removed unnecessary files
- updated pack format to 1.21.7
