RECIPE BOOK
-Recolored the recipe book buttons to use the pack's colors.
-Made its hover texture a simple white outline, to be consistent with the menu buttons.
INVENTORY & CRAFTING TABLE
-Changed the crafting grid to display a blueprint like piece of paper, ragged from uses.
-Turned the arrow symbol into a saw & hammer, suggesting it is for crafting.
