• Added stage: 0 Pale Oak Sapling

🛠️ Fixes, Changes and Adjustments:

• Decaying leaves now use the same color palette as Leaf Litter
• Lightning Rod powered: true texture has been adjusted to better match the color of Lightning
• Fixed Beehive and Bee Nest missing texture
• Scaffolding distance: 4-6 textures have been changed
• Various small item and block model, texture and culling fixes
• Upped pack format 16-200 for future releases
• Sugar Cane age: 0-15 has been temporarily removed, but might be re-added later with a new look
