Changes certain blocks like grass to have their top texture on all sides, similar to Optifine's fancy grass, and compatible with all mods and resource packs.

- Made the blocks that need it by default randomly rotate because they didn't before.
- Added a new feature that makes the dirt/grass paths seamlessly spread over the block below
